Description
Quick-Lock Point Repair Sleeves seal and stabilize damaged pipes mechanically, without chemicals and independent of the pipe material. Sizes from 6″ diameter to 32″ diameter. Sleeves 6″ through 16″ are 16″ long. 18″ to 32″ are 19.5″ long.
The patented Quick-Lock locking system ensures secure compression of the EPDM seal. Made of heavy gauge, 316L stainless-steel sleeve with a patented locking system that once expanded ensures that the sleeve stays permanently in position. After rehabilitation, the sleeve has its own static capability and absorbs movements of the pipes. The EPDM rubber gasket provides infiltration abatement.
Both sleeve and gasket are chemically resistant against sewage, thinned acids, lye, and aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Before using Quick-Lock in industrial applications, the resistance of the V4A stainless steel and the EPDM seal must be tested by means of a wastewater analysis.
All sleeves are available with one or two ends flared, or no flared ends. Select your flare choice after selecting sleeve size and gasket option.
Multiple sleeves may be interleaved together to perform lengthier repairs.
