The front casting and bushings for our sled style cable machines – the M81, M844 or M98. The casting includes 2 bushings, a steel one in the front and a brass one in the rear.

Available for purchase as:

  • The front steel bushing only
  • The rear brass bushing only
  • The front casting and bushings as a complete unit, if your casting has been damaged

Description

Part S100 is the front casting and bushings for our sled style cable machines – the M81, M844 or M98. The  casting includes 2 bushings, a steel one in the front and a brass one in the rear.

The rotation of the revolving arm, and cable sliding against it, can wear the bushings very thin. If the bushings are not replaced, the cable can start wearing on the casting itself.

Choose from:

  • Part no. S100-A. The front steel bushing
  • Part no. S100-B. The rear brass bushing
  • Part no. S100-COM  –  the front casting and bushings are sold together

The M98 needs some special tooling, please call if you need the entire casting for that model.
